Miss Man-ju Lin(林蔓繻), a freshman studying in the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature, has passed the qualifying match for the 200 meter mixed style swimming competition for the 2008 Beijing Olympics. She is the first female athlete from NTU representing Taiwan to participate in the Olympics for the second time.
