Eligibility: All NTU students (including day school, night school, undergraduate, master and doctoral students who are currently enrolled at NTU)

Submission Dates: November 28th 2008 to March 27th, 2009

Location for Manuscript Submission: Student Union, College of Liberal Arts (there is a special mailbox for submission of manuscripts located at Room 201 of the Institute of Taiwanese Literature)

Categories of Award: The Fiction Group, the Prose Group, the Modern Poetry Group, and the Drama Group
