The 2012 National Intercollegiate Athletic Games was just held in I-Shou University in Kaohsiung during the first week in May. The good news we’ve just received that National Taiwan University had extraordinary performance: The NTU school teams won ten championships, six second places, and four third places in total. To be specifically noted, the NTU rugby school team won two champions from the National Intercollegiate Athletic Games: the rugby 15s and 7s tournaments. Also, the NTU swimming team broke the record in the history of the National Intercollegiate Athletic Games. In addition to that, the sports team won many more medals among swimming, judo, track and field, and archery. To be specifically noted, Jien, from the sports team of track and field, won the 2012 sportsmanship award because of the great performance on the 2012 National Intercollegiate Athletic Games. These have presented the extraordinary achievement and efforts from NTU students besides of the academic performances.

Jien has been enthusiastic participating in the sports event in National Taiwan University and promoting jogging.
Jien’s academic performance:
Jien values teamwork a lot and has been enthusiastic participating the summer and the winter trainings. Jien committed a lot to his teamwork and assisted editing journals for the sports team. She won the 2010 outstanding student awards in the National Taiwan University, proving her great academic performance and good virtues. Jien has a good quality of being humble, well recognized among his peers and teachers.
Jien’s sportsmanship:
She’s been aggressive and doing all her efforts on track and field as well as developing connection and friendship among the other universities. Jien has been the role model as a great athlete, showing the extraordinary teamwork to help her peers.
