The Personnel Office provides full personnel and human resource services to all the Schools and Units within the University. A total of five sections are housed in this department with a director supervising all sections. The department is in charge of guidance on human resource planning, recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, reward and punishment, conditions of employment, employee development, employee relations and personnel data computerization. It also enforces employment law compliance and provides advice on questions related to staff's retirement, pension, insurance, and welfare.
